I have seen a few members mention they do yoga with their kids - what videos do you use?

There is a series on youtube that is good. It is a story and the kids move and stretch with the story. I forget what it is called. Put kids yoga in youtube and it comes up.

Thanks Thrify I saw the cosmic kids yoga videos but was unsure if there was another set as well.

I tried the cosmic kids today and they enjoyed it. My children are big time screen watchers at home. They even watch TV at home in the morning before drop off...Anyway, I was worried they would try to just sit and watch the video vs actually participating. Today they seemed to do just fine though. I used to take a yoga class twice a week and loved it. I however have not done yoga in years....the little video today worked some muscles that hasn't been used in a couple of years
