No difference between full and part time. A slot is a slot. I accrue vacation at 1.5 days per month for full time and 1 day per month for three days a week part time. Each slot pays for vacation and holiday time at that rate. If the client terminates care they are required to pay for any unused accrued time off for their child's slot.
Remember the provider didn't start her job when you started using services. The financial requirements to obtain a slot in the business was there before you needed daycare. It has nothing to do with your situation or your belief in what should and shouldn't be paid. You either agree to the financial terms or you move on down the road. It's never personal to you.
