Does anyone here have volunteers at your program? If so what type of documentation do you require ie TB shots, background check?

Does anyone here have volunteers at your program? If so what type of documentation do you require ie TB shots, background check?

I dont, but here is why.

1. the liability I would have to assume, which means an increase on my insurance
2. PER LIC they must have TB test, back ground check, who will pay for that.(over age 18)
3. Confidentially, especially if they are a parent of a child enrolled
4. can never be left alone with the kids, again another liability

Thanks for your input. I didn't think about having to put them on the insurance!
