    Help with Daily Schedule

I am a very new provider, and will have another infant (7 months) starting next week, but don't feel like I have a good grip on a routine with my own daughter (2 years). I am currently caring for a 6 mo who is scooting all over the playroom

My daughter was in a great preschool (I also worked there) before I left my jobs to start a daycare, and I have tried to keep her somewhat on a schedule similar to theirs, but it just doesn't seem to work out with infants in the mix. What would your average day consist of with a 2 yo, a 7 mo, and a 6 mo? Also, I currently have dedicated one space (dining/living room combined) to the daycare, but having trouble keeping my toddler entertained and quiet during infant naps. Thinking about moving cribs to another room. Gotta get this all figured out before I get my license!

I would for sure put sleeping infants in another room. Infants can really mess up a schedule, because they don't do things on a schedule or need things on one. I would be trying to do preschool while they sleep.
