    Twister

I am having a blast watching 5 yo dcg and 6 yo dd play twister. Think about how educational it is, it reinforces colors, left/right, cooperation, it's a physical activity, and just good old-fashioned fun. (lots of fart jokes, too. :

I use my twister board with my 3 year olds (and the younger ones play along as well). I do the colors on the board one round and then the next time we bring it out I put paper with other colors over the circles. Then they spin the spinner to see which color and they go find an item in that color to put on the board. It has done a lot for them to learn their colors as well as taking turns.

Fancy that, I brought out my Twister game as requested by my 3 yo ds. The kids had a blast hopping to the designated colors. Eventually it got turned into a tent. Fun times. ::
