Is there an easy way?

I want to make a couple of small changes to my handbook. I know this will happen here and there and expect that. My issue is changing it in so many places. Well three places on my laptop, in google docs (in case I loose the docs), and on my webpage. Is there an easier way then going in and changing all three places? I am thinking there must be and I am just clueless .

I would just make the correction in the easiest format and then delete the old version from the areas you mentioned and replace it with the newer version.

Or possibly instead of deleting it you could just save the newer version over the old version?

Unless you want to implement the changes immediately I'd make the changes on your laptop throughout the year, then at a specific time give a new Handbook to the parents and change it in Google docs and on the website at the same time. It's easier than changing all 3 every time you think of something new. I update my policies every fall.
