I have a dck that everytime she has to go number 2 it's a very very traumatic experience, screaming, crying, saying it hurts. She hardly ever goes here and takes stuff at home to help with it. But what can I do here to help? She is so upset when it happens she is a very overly sensitive/ emotional child as is.

I had a similar situation with a toddler and infant (sibling set). Put it back on the parents. Its sad to see a child in that much pain over BM's and parents claiming they give meds for it at home. Encourage them to take the child back to the doctor, as it is not normal. Inform them that every time she is in pain, they will be called and expected to pick up. It will only take a few times before they either take her back to the doctor or actually give her what she needs to help her. My sibling set was sent home 3 times and we no longer have that issue. The infant had a formula change and the toddler is offered more water and fruits and veggies to keep regular versus fast food/junk food. Hope that helps and good luck. Poor kiddo, I feel for her.- Flag
