Some of you are just so nice. It does only take a few minutes to reply, and I always do, just sometimes I feel like I really shouldn't until quiet time, and sometimes even can't.

I just miss the days when it wasn't a possibility. The only time a DCF heard from us is if their kid was sick, so any communication from daycare was dreaded! ::

Some of them have to make me go , too. Like this one one time "Just checking in on DCB. At Target looking at all the cute onesies and miss him so much!" Turned out she only worked a half-day, and ran errands the rest. Without him. Missed him, but just not enough to actually be with him. That one was a screecher, so can't say I blame her.::

I have said, when asked to text, "the kids health and saftey are my first priorty, so I ask that you keep texting to a minium and I will return them when I can" then I purposely wait to respond, 15-20 minutes, longer if it is not important or they are repeatly texting.
I don't like to text either, I just got a text-able basic phone last fall and I still hold the buttons to long so I am correcting every word to keep it looking professional.
