Full time to after school care

One of my dcks will be going into 1st grade in the fall. DCM approached me about picking her up from the bus stop and bringing her back to my house to watch her until pick up since her little brother will be here anyway.

I don't mind doing this, but not sure how much to charge. I would have to pick her up from the bus stop and then would have her for about 2 hours until pick up time Monday-Thursday.

I want to make it worth my time/effort but also not charge her too much.

How much would you charge for this? Or how would you fire out how much to charge?

I charge 40 for a full day and 20 for after school care ..per child and no sibling discounts
and I have done much after school care
after school care can take up a full day space ...so...20 is fair for me ...

I charge 55 per week for before after care only . If there is a snow day or scheduled day off school then they would have to pay the drop in rate for the day but only if I have room , I do not guarantee a spot for before / after school kids . If I serve the child lunch then it is considered a full day ( we have 4 hr late starts here some days ) .
