    Outside time!!!! HOORAYYY!!!

I am a bit of a wimp who does not bring my babies/toddlers out in very cold weather and let me just say it has been a long winter with a few hyper boys!!! Finally the snow is melting and the temps are rising and we were able to get outside the last 2 days. OMG, what a difference!!!!! I think I may actually start to like my job again, LOL!!!

I think we had more inside days this year than usual. A lot of days where it didn't get above 5 or so. It's wonderful to see the thermometer shoot to 40's and 50's. Heck, even 20's!

It's been in the 40's here and it feels nice!happyface

A few weeks ago one of my dcb's told his mom he didn't need his snowsuit here because "we don't go outside anymore"
Not when temps were in the single digits with wind chills in the negative teens and twenties

I go out nearly every day- I always think about BC toughing it out in MN, so I force myself to get out. There were a few days that the wind chill was ridiculous, so no way.

We still have so much snow on the ground, but I personally had a blast walking on top of it and touching the top of my swing set and climber ::

Of course, I had one child hysterical in tears because I wouldn't run over to take his pacifier (2 yrs old), but everyone else had a blast!

I'm the same way but the last two days we've been able to get out and go for walks. All the snow is melting so everything is a wet, muddy mess including our yard so we're sticking to the sidewalks for now. We just got back from a walk around the block. It was beautiful outside but living on top of a hill, one trip around the block is enough.

Yep, outside was glorious today!! We brought bubbles outside(I have 1 dog that chases bubbles and the dcks love it!), threw slushballs, then the kids started playing with the mud and sitting in puddles.
Can't wait till it's all gone and we can plant something.
