To Have Parents Pick Up Early??

My own son (3) just threw up, should I notify parents to pick up their kids early or just stick it out the last hour? I have him removed watching a movie by himself so the other kids aren't around him any more. Any of you with kids how would you handle this?

I would keep him separated and then at pick up mention to DCP's "just wanted to let you know one of the DCK's got sick today so be on the lookout for possible symptoms"

Yep, just keep him separated and alert parents a dck had ____ symptoms.
