    Pityriasis Rosea

Does anyone here has had experience with this? A dcg was diagnosed with Pityriasis Rosea (it looks like skin rash). There is not much info on the internet. What I found is that it is supposed to be viral, but not highly contagious. It is supposed to go away in 4 to 8 weeks. How would you manage this with the family and the care?

I had that once when I was a teenager. I do recall that it was really itchy:dislike:. I don't believe it's contagious. Do they have a note from a doctor? I would allow them to attend daycare unless it's determined to be contagious (which I don't believe it is).
