I Got a Call Tonight

From the grandma of one of my daycare kids. The daycare boys mother just had a baby (daycare boys half brother) last Friday and she ended up back in the hospital with pneumonia. This is the first 1 week old I've watched besides my own two obviously, but I'm a little nervous. Hope it goes well. Wish me luck

Good luck! Must be awfully sweet to hold such a little one. Hopefully, his mom will feel better soon. I can't imagine what it must feel like to be sick and in the hospital after having just given birth. As a mom, it would break my heart not to be able to care for my newborn.

It would be extremely hard to be away from baby and not get that bonding time.
