Ohhhhhh, OK. I get it now.

Who knows, maybe morning traffic was much lighter for her because school was out. Some parents though.

When parents arrive with toys, I immediately say 'Oh, do you want this back, or should I put it in a closet until you return?' and if they question it or try to indicate it's only 'just this once because it's a new, favorite toy' I say 'All the more reason! It makes me sad when favorite toys are broken or lost by the kids, but I'll be happy to stick it in the closet this one time for you...but please remember it is there at pick-up time in case I forget. I'd hate for my own kids later tonight to think it is theirs and break it accidently' If it happens again, I say 'Oh, what a cute new toy! I'll just go put it in the closet for you. Please remember it is there so nothing happens to it tonight'
