What program do you use to format your monthly newsletter? I don't want it to just look like a letter, but I am not sure how to do anything else.

I subscribe to the mailbox gold for about $3.00 a month and I get all kinds of cool ones from there. You can also try pinterest they have fee formats, but are difficult to change.
Also TPT or education.com, which is like TPT. I have purchased a few for $1.00 each or I have even found free ones. -
