Let me start by saying how grateful I am for the new families I have signed on in the last month.
But I am so impatient to be full! I was as full as I could be while legally unlicensed. My 3 kids + 4 dcks (we can have 4 unrelated). So I have had 7 for some time. Well, when I got my licensed I was working hard through word of mouth, free listings online, FB, fliers etc. I started a PT 4yo last month and have 2 pt infants starting next month. Great! Except, I am having a huge turnover right now. 2 dcks are moving out of state, 1 dcm got laid off. So I am back where I started enrollment wise.
I feel like I am running in place. I want to be full so I can stop spending so much time promoting myself and more time lesson planning, cleaning, preparing crafts etc. I am checking my phone and email neurotically hoping that perfect dcf has contacted me to give me all their monies.
