Does anyone have a parent term form they use? I have a dcm who is quitting her job (thank the Lord, my 1 family who can not pick up the phone to say they will be late for dropoff/pick up & the 2 trouble makers in my care!) She said she is putting her 2 weeks in on Friday at work. My policy is clear they must either bring the children their normal hours the last 2 weeks or pay for 2 weeks of normal hours. Anyway I want to remind her of the policy & have a term paper to have them sign. Also does anyone have a rule that if they (the parents) term care that they are not allowed to re-enroll the kids in your daycare again? She had mentioned she wasn't sure if she was going to find another job right away or wait. Thanks!
