1 year & STILL Potty Issues.....HELP!

The fact is, either the kid needs pull ups or diapers, or he will be peeing all over your house. I would tell Mom that it is just not acceptable to let it keep happening,and that something needs to be done on her end, whether it's to keep him in pull ups or take him to a specialist. A urologist would be logical. The kid could be constipated and not showing any outward signs other than lack of bladder control. I don't think you can demand a diagnosis because of HIPAA law, but you can certainly ASK for one.

Thank you very much! He's definately not constipated...LOL. I'm hoping the Dr. suggests a urologist. I will ask her for a note prior to the Drs. visit so I know I'm getting the truth. So far, it's been a lil' too wishy-washy for me! Thanks again! I'd hate to term over this but even my husband is tired of this situation and he only sees it for approx. 4-5 hrs. per week. LOL

There are situations where constipated kids can still poop, just can't get it ALL out (the squishy stuff can get past the big ball of stuff in the intestines). I'd definitely urge mom to try a urologist.

DCM pulled the kids right before Dr. appt. was to happen- no more issues here! Unbelieveable. At least it's no longer my issue. Good luck to the next daycare!
