most of the pros have been mentioned

    cons for me:

    hard to take a vacation

you live in a daycare, it takes over your house...

your own kids are always in DC, having to follow everything DC and so on

Most parents these days do not give you credit for all you do and only want more and more.

I can't have friends or family over, my whole house is the DC, excluding our bedrooms.

being self employed means you will have a hard time using your income to buy anything............it's a double edged sword.

Eats into your weekends all of the time. I just got done repainting all of our walls again...ugh

I get this, too. DH's family asks how my "little hobby" and my "little daycare" is going all the time. And "How do you like watching kids?" Um, I don't just watch kids. Thank you very much!
