MMK and Pending Payment

One of my DCF's had their bank account hacked. Payment in MMK is Pending. Nothing has shown up in my bank account. I assume my payment will be delayed or cancelled.....right? ugh. I feel bad for him but I really needed his payment.

When was it supposed to be deporsite? All of mine show as pending until the deposit date.

Have him show up with cash or a check, and if it goes through MMK then issue a refund for the second payment. I'd be sympathetic but still expect payment or issue late fees.
