Different Parents, Different Child Care Needs

Hi everyone,

I'm currently working with a few people to create a child care service for parents. We are surveying parents though to better understand their needs for child care. Questions count to 10, fairly broad and do not require you to provide any sensitive information (we don't want that!). Thank you kindly:

I wouldn't ask their income and if I was answering it, I wouldn't give out my income. I think that is too personal a question. I probably wouldn't answer the first question either but I might. What does it matter?

Other than that, the questions look okay.
