Discussions like these happen frequently from simple posts. Often with no hints or clues that the original post will morph the way it does....

I Enjoy reading everyone's difference in opinions on topics like these. These are my favorite conversations to read because theres so much variance in the way everyone thinks and runs their business but at the end, we all have the same goal. To provide a safe, educational daycare for the children we care for and its that common goal that keeps us all as a unit.
