I found a property that is only allow to operate a family daycare or a group daycare. I like to know for a group daycare, do I specifically have to live in that property. The property I found is mixed use. I know family daycare is primary residence. So what about family group daycare? Thanks.

The answer is going to depend on your state..and possibly your city. Its different everywhere.
