My 6th dcm just announced her pregnancy this morning!

I am trying to drop down from group home back to family home but I was just waiting for families to leave rather then term anyone. It has been slow going - no one has left. Finally I found out that in the next 3 months 3 kids would be leaving. Great! Except for this baby boom! There is NO WAY I can take all of the babies. I can have 6 babies here but I already have 2 so I can't add 6 more.

If you really want to reduce w/o terming, tell the 3 that you aren't taking newborns. Then they would most likely move on when the baby is born.

I agree with Pp. If u tell them ur not taking infants they're likely going to pull the older one too which means u can scale back!
