I developed a cough yesterday which I attributed to sinus drainage, not unusual with the weather changes. By last night I had a 100° fever, but it broke by bedtime. I got up at 6 this morning and felt fine, so I texted my moms that I was open. By 7:30, I was feeling ragged and by 7:45 I was throwing up. Poor moms hadn't even made it to work. It just hit so fast. So, flu test showed positive for H1N1. And I had a flu shot!
My preemie got sick over the weekend, but we thought it was a cold. No fever. She got worse Monday and mom took her to ER. They said it was bronchiolitis. My doc things she probably had the flu and they didn't test her. Either way, everyone has been exposed now. Ugh.
