One of my longtime dc families sent a sweet card, along with a gift card to a local yard decor place we love. She also said she'd love to make me a quilt out of my race tshirts (I said once how I'd like one). Totally made my day!

Yes, thank you! They are a wonderful family! A few years ago, I took a day off to have a skin cancer removed. The dcm put together a care package of things I love. She is so thoughtful.

Wow that is awesome!! Thoughtful(and appreciative!) dcfs make this all worthwhile!
I had a dcf bring in a new game for daycare yesterday. They're the same dcf that brought us in a ton of tree cookies. It's not the 'stuff' (well okay it is) that I appreciate but it's all the appreciation, respect, and great parenting that follows along too.
