My overly indulged spoiled rotten DCG

DCM decided to indulge DD and send her here in a lavish costume today and sent her lots of little treats in her lunch box. (We celebrated 2 days ago so today was to be a regular day to keep the kids calm)

This little one won't do anything without a decent bribe from mom anymore because she is constantly saying things like " If you come put your shoes on like a good girl, mommy will get you a treat on the way home"

It annoys me And she has created a monster. This kid totally runs the show. This is the kid who hits and spits when her mom arrives.

Anyway DCM told her she had to nap so she could go out and get lots of treats but since I refused to let her eat 3 treats for dessert, she is putting up a fight for nap and has been in the PNP putting on a show for an hour. DCM is due to arrive in 30 minutes and DD still has not fallen asleep yet. This kid is a total bear when she doesn't sleep....DCM went on for about 10 minutes this morning about how beautiful DD looked and how expensive her outfit was. She never even glanced or commented about my own 3 kids in their costumes. Guess she won't be as cute as DCM expects her to be when she is overtired and spitting at all the houses she goes to.

    LOL Happy Halloween DCM.....

Good consequence. Send your child with something she isn't supposed to have...and there you have it.

Just wave with a big smile HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!!!!

Have you read the book Crankenstein (the back cover says "When cranky kids have monstrous days") that's all I thought about!

SMILE BIG and wave goodbye! At least YOU don't have to deal with Crankenstein on no nap the rest of the afternoon.
