    Same here!
Idk.....like this thread.....these pics always seem to reappear at the most inconvenient times.
Albeit, as funny as it is

So the picture pops us WHEN she calls and/or texts......

Which still does not explain why she called/texted AFTER you already told her DCD forgot his phone at your house.

The alarm on the phone went off...he must have her on there for when the alarm goes off too.

Never mind, I just saw that it was a text between the two. Maybe she didn't see the text first.?

I would have to tell dcm. If they aren't together and he has that pic, who knows who else he is showing it to!

Wow! The entire thing... just WOW! Okay, here's my 2 cents... I never do naked pics. There's too much that can go wrong with them and they always show up in the wrong place at the wrong time and the wrong people happen to see them. So I never took the chance on anything going wrong by making sure never to take or allow naked pics to be taken of me.

Why does the ex have a naked pic of her? I guess because he still loves her or at least still lusts after her. However, since they aren't together, he really shouldn't have that type of pic pop up every time she contacts his cell phone.

I BET she does NOT know he has her NAKED pic pop up when she contacts him!

The fact that he does have that type of pic on his phone with NO password AND allows his child to play with his phone is completely UNACCEPTABLE!

I am sure it might make you lose a child, but I believe I would have to tell the mother about the pic and the fact that you believe the child could see it since there's no password.

Yeah you pretty much have to tell her. Not saying I've gotten such a pic, but even if I did that's not something I would keep on a phone someone else could access. The fact that it is his screen pic for his ex takes to a whole new level of creepy.

As far as confidentiality goes, she actually doesn't have to say a thing, other than hand the phone over to dcm, and tell her to text him ::......

I am not even 30 and this family ALWAYS makes me feel old. ::

I should see mom Wednesday, I will let her know then. Dcd was trying to get me to give him a copy of all of dcm's receipts and change their contracted dates...he had no custody so a big no to all his requests.

On my phone, when an alarm goes off and I hit dismiss, my phone will go back to whatever app or screen that I was on last. So, I'm thinking maybe the text conversation was already open before the phone went in dcb's pocket, the screen was dark when the op put the phone in dcb's cubby, then when she dismissed the alarm the phone went back to the text conversation between DCD and DCM.

Op- I agree that it's completely inappropriate for dcb to have access to the phone if there are pictures like that on there. I would definitely tell DCM.

                        I understand how alarms work.

The OP said it's WHEN the DCM texts or calls. That was my question....

WHY did DCM text dad AFTER the provider already told her that the phone was left there?

Also, a couple of my DCP's have different cells phones (an I=phone, a Samsung and a Nokia) we checked yesterday and all 3 phones alert you two time within a few minutes of a received but unopened text and then remained silent after wards.

So I am still not thinking this was a repeat alarm/notification of a missed text but OP never replied so I don't know for sure but wanted to clarify for those who thought I was questioning the alarm feature.

Sorry, BC. I didn't mean for that to come off as rude or condescending.

I set my phone to alert me every 10 minutes if I receive, but don't open a text. Annoying, but I do it in case I miss a text from a dc parents.

I typed a clarification like 10 times and then kept getting distracted before posting it

The alarm went off and I hit dismiss and when I hit dismiss the text conversation popped up (must have been the last screen up before hibernating?) and that is where the lovely photo was. So I don't think dcm texted dcd after I let her know, I think it was already up on his screen from before.
