It's the little things in this business.
I have a semi-new client who has taken every piece of advice I have had and has run with it. She also follows the policies and is very kind. She gave her child an abundance of Metamucil and that poor child, in diapers, had diarrhea leaking out today. While I THINK it was because of that fibery pooping powder I am not sure since the smell was horrific and "different." Anywho, if a child has diarrhea I am going to exclude no matter what the cause is and especially if they are leaking. She came to get him and was very kind saying she would lay off the Metamucil during the work week.

I love that she came and got him without making excuses trying to get me to keep him. She is wonderful and it makes up for me having to blankly stare at another parent this morning. happyface Hope others are interacting with some clients that are wonderful today as well.
