What Day to Do the Halloween Party?

I'm trying to plan our Halloween Party, but I'm having a hard time choosing a day. I would of course love to have it on Friday (especially since that is actually Halloween) but I'll only have 3 of my 5 kids here that day. Here's my weekly enrollment:

What day would you choose?? Any day I pick at least one kid would be left out!

I have the same issue. I was thinking of choosing the day that works best for me, then inviting the odd man out to attend WITH a parent, since I would be over in ratio with the extra child here. I have to check with licensing first to verify, but I'm pretty sure this would be allowed since the child will be with their parent.

If ratio isn't an issue for you and you don't want the parent around (I really don't ) then maybe invite the child for an hour or 2 after nap and have the party then

I would choose any day but Friday and honestly would choose the day that would be easier for you, if you have one. You could always invite the missing child over for just the party.

I would do it on Thursday, there is no way to please everyone, just save a treat (if you do them) for child D. I only have 2 kids on Friday and one is less than a year old so will do it on Thursday.

I would do it on a day that is easiest for you.

If I were in your shoes I would do it either Thursday or Friday and save a treat bag (if you do those) for whoever is missing.

I'm in the same predicament here. I have 1 FT slot that's shared by 2 dcks so no matter what, someone will miss out. And it's impossible for the odd child out to come with a parent on their off day. So I'm doing mine Friday no matter what.
It'll become a problem again with Christmas so who knows, it might be the other dck who gets to attend. I don't think the dcks or the dcps care a whole lot, especially if we do lots of fun stuff outside of party time. Sometimes the party day turns out to be a high stress sugar obsessed whine-fest anyways.

What are the ages of your kids? I would do it on the day that I have the most older kids.

Yes, the most older kids. And save whatever goody for them when they return. I do goody bags, so I just stick the absent ones in the cubbies. There's nothing perishable in there. I'm low on Fridays too, so I may do Thursday.
