Slow Inquiry Season??

I am barely hearing from ANYONE right now. Maybe one person every 3-4 weeks and they all need 11.5 hr days or have crazy, crazy parents.

Not for me. For some reason, I have been getting a ton of calls and have to refer them to other providers (I belong to a local provider fb group). I'm beginning to feel like I own a provider referral business! I don't mind though, I know a few providers are struggling to fill spots and it makes me feel good that I can help providers as well as dcp's.

But I have had dry spells, that is until I have an infant or toddler opening.

I have 6 kids, but it only works out to 4 full time slots. I turned away a bunch a few months ago, and now I can't fill my last two!

I have been getting a call a week, but I can't take anyone new till January. J am anxious that the calls will stop coming the moment I have space.
