....and I think I like it. A young friend of the family took my oldest DD out this morning and has been hanging out at my house since lunch. The kids are loving that she is playing with them and i am loving that I can focus on getting my kitchen clean. Hmmm, now to look at the budget to see if I can afford to hire her for a few hours a week...

I had a student teacher this summer and loved it! I wasn't sure I'd like having a stranger in my house but she was terrific and I loved having her here! -
I would LOVE to have an assistant!
My sil goes to our local college and comes here sometimes on breaks or stays the night and is here for a little bit the next morning. She plays with the kids and they love her. It's so nice. I dream of having an assistant, but here they have to have all of these qualifications, plus 5 hours a year of education and I don't think I could afford to pay someone. Wish-full thinking though!Comment
