Update to an Infant Death at a Local Daycare

On the state website an amendment to the state investigation has been posted. The original investigation is not and will not be posted.

This is in regards to the 5 month old who passed away at daycare.

Yes. She slept him on an adult bed instead of in a pnp or crib.

Absolutely preventable. I don't understand why people, providers, continue to use unsafe sleep practices.
