Frustrated! How Long For DHS Payments?

I'm all set up with DHS. I can see online that they are getting the bi-weekly hours, and they are sending me letters telling me how much they will be paying me bi-weekly ... But when will they actually start paying me? This is week 8 now, 6 of which have been processed.

And they are so rude to me when I call! Help!

Are you getting auto deposit? When did you submit the billing? Did you submit all three or four billings at once? I submitted the billing in each time frame it was due, and then I receive something in the mail stating that they are paying me x amount for these 2 weeks, and x amount for these 2 weeks, and blah blah... But no check yet!

I'm frustrated with the central reconciliation unit - they are so rude to me! Last time I called they said I was all set.

Oh my. That's awful.
I've only ever taken subsidy when the parents pre- pay. When I get a state payment then I re-imburse. Once it took 5-6 months to get a the first check.

I've been really fortunate with my one state pay. I submit by the 4th of the next month and get paid by the 20th.
