Help with wording please

I just got an email inquiry from a gal:

"Hello. I am looking for childcare for my 3 year old son beginning on the 28th. I live in (city) and would love to get together with you. I will be in town on Monday and Tuesday and would appreciate it if we could set an appointment for one of those days. Please contact me at (phone number)

Does this raise any red flags to you all? She says she lives in my city (which is small) but will be in town Monday and Tuesday? How should I respond to this?

I would email her back your phone number and ask her to call you.

maybe she is just moving there???? Is a little odd, but I would not let it bother me.

I would just schedule as normal and go on from there. You will find out all of the details when you meet with her. OR you can do what I do and ask to have a phone interview first so that you can see if you guys would be a great fit for each other. NO sense in meeting up if you will not be a good fit. Like maybe she wants hours that you don't operate.

I always reply with well lets find out what your needs are. I will tell you a little about my program and we can go from there...
