A Cold Right Before Our Vacation

I am not a medicine person, I don't give it to my girls unless they have to have it (high fever, doctor prescribed, ect.) Well, we are leaving for Disneyland in 2 days and my youngest (2 years old) has caught a cold from my DCBs. I've been giving OJ every day and trying to get outside as much as possible- any other suggestions to TRY to get this to run outs course a bit faster? My DCB is getting worse with a cough and everything, so that's not helping Any good immune-system things I could try for her?

Not to burst your bubble, but colds take 7-10 days to run their course, and coughs can hang on an additional week or two. I'd keep boosting her immune system with Vitamin C, extra fluids, rest, etc, and treating the symptoms, but you really can't make a cold go away faster.
