Architect Referral in NYC?

Hi.

This forum is amazing! Wanted to post my first question to see if anyone can help me find a good architect that has experience with child care centers and all of their licensing requirements. Someone not too pricey hopefully! Im in the NYC area and looking to open a commercial child care facility and we are doing total renovations. Thanks!!

This sounds like an exciting project! I can't help with your architect search, but I wish you all the best! Maybe consult with your licensing rep first, to find out what renovations are required, then go from there. Why do you need an architect?

Yes it is! I needed one for blueprints and to draw out the design of the facility for classrooms and such since its open space and i need to get a CO.
