buying art supplies :: I went to Discount School Supply to look at paints as we're getting low and I got distracted by all sorts of shiny neat things. Must...stop...adding...to...cart...
Hahaha!! I can so relate!
My group will be younger for awhile and I'm a little low on younger toys. So I go browsing at some of these sites and I can tell I'd be on the brink of disaster if I let the urge over take me.
I've been looking into making my space more Reggio inspired and I had to walk away from Pinterest because my wallet was groaning just from me looking... Sigh...
I could easily go broke buying index cards, file folders, paper clips, staples, loose leaf paper (college ruled), labels, pencils, notebooks, 3 ring binders......
My DH always tries hard to steer me clear of the school supply area in the fall and the office supply area during tax season. Usually unsuccessfully.
I've come to the conclusion I will never use all of what I have already bought and will continue buying so I've simply accepted the fact that I am probably only 3 notebooks short of being classified as a hoarder.

That's me!!!
But come on bc, we NEED different color index cards, folders, binders & a million boxes of crayons!
That's funny about office supplies. When my oldest dd was growing up, she asked Santa for school supplies for Christmas one year. Her Santa gift was a fishing tackle box filled with all kinds of school stuff. She was in heaven!
I love all things "teacher".
From bulletin board stuff to books to craft supplies. I even get excited over pocket charts...
Don't even get me started about the Dollar Store!
