    Last day for SA!!

    happyfacehappyfacehappyfacehappyfacehappyfacehappyfacehappyface

Day off tomorrow, then vacation next week. I'm so over the constant bickering, rowdiness, out of control behaviors, inability and unwillingness to settle down for quiet time.

One 5yo DCG that Never Stops. And has the attention span of a gnat. CRAFTS, no, PLAYROOM, no, LEGO, no, PARK, leaving a trail of destruction in her wake. "We don't have to have quiet time at our house" "Why do we have to watch the whole movie?? Why can't we play in --daughter's room--, (right next to a napper??)".

And my 4yo DCB who's drop off and pick up times vary by 1.5 hours each (yesterday they came 5 minutes early and caught me on the potty which is right next to the front door). He's a neighbour, and I watch the older two siblings very occasionally. All 3 are out of control. I've watched this DCB for almost 2 years, and I know I've had a positive affect on him, but I'm fighting a loosing battle. Increasingly questionably language, very rough, doesn't listen, comes hopped up on an all sugar breakfast, or none at all (which they won't tell me...he'll tell me after that he's hungry because he didn't have breakfast). Some days I'll see him sitting outside by himself with a giant box of chocolate cereal.

I'm glad my two kids had playmates for the summer, and a lot of times they were great; they would all totally entertain each other. But I'm flat out exhausted. The end of summer came at the perfect time.

    I am soooo with you.
Our first day was today. I am currently sitting down and enjoying a totally silent house while ALL of my munchkins are sleeping.

    Enjoy your vacation!
