I agree a lot of red flags. Equally a lot of contradictions...

Well, if they own homes in 7 states they better pay better than that for someone willing to give up their lives, family, and friends to follow them around (in and out of the country) while learning multiple other languages and caring for their 3-5 potential children for the next 5 to 20 years

Oh yeah, and they should splurge on one of those crazy nanny screening services rather than using craigslist if they have money like that.

I find it highly unlikely that they will find a 20 something person that can commit to anything for 5 years . Most adults of any age wouldnt be able to do that with any job. What job requires of you that sort of commitment? as well as being willing to relocate......I would guess they should go with an Aupair (spell?) situation. The $700 is not terrible considering it is a live in nanny position. I just think their expectations are WAY too high in finding someone able to commit to that level of care for that long. Plus if you relocate and move around with them, what is the point of any "me time", if you are given any, when you dont know anyone and work pretty much 24/7 with young kids. They need to lower their standards.

That was my first thought too... if they own that many homes and travel so frequently, they certainly must have enough cash flow to use a better advertising system other that CL.

THAT in and of itself is a red flag to me.

This is completely illegal. They cannot discriminate based on age or sex and they are doing both!

I'm thinking some young, naive girl is going to find herself a slave in another country.

(Can you tell what I've been reading lately?)
