Needs ideas for a "goodbye" for assistant of 3 years

Tomorrow a.m. is her last day so I don't really have time to make a pillowcase or anything. Should I get a gift card? flowers?

We had an unofficial helper here this summer. She was technically an enrolled child, but she came to learn to help care for a younger sibling.
She played with and entertained all of the children, and when she left, the kids colored "cards" for her, I got her a small gift card, and I bought a grocery store bouquet of flowers and a dollar store vase and those colored glass stones.
We split up the bouquet and each of the kids chose a flower to hand to her.
Eventually she had the entire bouquet and then we gave her the vase. It was fun, and she seemed to like it.

Cash. It's all that matters. A nice note and cash. She will remember that for the rest of her life.

        Yep. happyface

A nice bonus to show your appreciation, just like you'd hope your clients would do for the holidays.
        - Unless otherwise stated, all my posts are personal opinion and worth what you paid for them.

Yes, you are right - cash it is!

I wish I hadn't accidently transferred $30 too much into her account when I paid her this morning.

          Oh well.
