MMK E-payment Pending

    MMK E-payment Pending

    I've never seen this before. In the unpaid invoices area one of my parents has "E-payment Pending".....what does this mean? Usually when they make a payment their name disappears and I know they made a payment online.

    I think there may be a lag today?

    None of my clients are showing up as having approved todays payment (for this week). The invoices are not showing under the E-Payments tab and they are usually there by 9am. (I check to remind those not on auto approval.)

    My only client who approves manually on Monday mornings said there was nothing to approve this morning...she plans to check this afternoon.

    I hope this does not effect payments for the week. I am not aware of any holiday. :confused:

    I checked for updates, but it says up to date. I guess that means it is not an update that was missed. IDK, making me worry a little bit, though.

          Glad to hear it

          The holidays are the only times, in my experience, where payments will be a late but I can plan for those.

            The only time there was insufficient funds for me ....

            The parent paid and it was marked as paid. It wasn't until 1-2 days before it was supposed to go into MY account (you know how it takes about a week to get there) that they charged me a fee (I believe it was $1-2) for insufficient funding. So, for the record parents that didn't have the money and paid anyways will still be marked as paid for about a week.

              I had that happen twice, with the same parent. Now she pays cash only.
