Help with late payment

21 mins til my problem family is late paying for 2 payments in a row. Last time it was just that they were too busy to come up here by Fri at 5:30, this week they were out of checks and couldn't pay me Wed to hold til Fri. Today he was supposed to deposit cash in my acct since he couldn't get up here and the bank closes in less than an hour and my payment will be late in 21 mins. Ugh... So irritated right now!!

I would prolly just count on the fact that they won't be paying on time, add on some late fees for the weekend and not accept into care Monday without it. I'd mark my calendar that this particular family prefers to pay Monday morning at drop off, but includes an extra $50. If my boss at work made me wait til Monday to get paid, but gave me fifty bucks for the inconvenience... I'd take it every week.

This actually gives me an idea to update my contract... Parents can pay whenever they want before Monday morning.. Fridays are regular rate, Saturday's are 25 extra, Sunday's are 50, and Monday morning at drop off is 75. Parents are encouraged to pay Monday. 👍
