Hi my name is Scarlett and I am restarting my daycare. I did daycare in Kansas before we moved here eight years ago. After daycare, we did foster care and that was a mistake! But now I live in a tiny town, and am hoping to get my daycare going again. I miss it. I have learned a ton, and won't repeat the mistakes I made the first time. I have a handbook written now, and will be requiring pre payments!
