    I o not allow drop off after 10;30 am ever. This is daycare not a babysitting service, I tell parents up front about this policy so no surprize.

      ...and after that I would NO LONGER be allowing SISTER on my daycare property/as the person to drop off the kids because she is a huge liability waiting to happen.
