Questions About Interviews

Hi, I know for a fact I have read threads about how to do an interview with a prospective family, but I am having trouble in my search. If any of you could point me to a thread that talks about what an interview looks like and some typical questions to ask and questions that typically come up, that would be fabulous.

Since I started daycare a year ago, I have been completely filled up with friends and family and just realized I never actually had anyone in my care who I didn't KNOW personally. A spot is opening up and I need to fill it with a STRANGER! I have no idea what to do, !
