HFMD; Can Spots Be On Side of Abdomen?

or just on the hands, feet and mouth?

Three red spots found on side of belly of 13 month dcb. Mom says they are mosquito bites. He is miserable today with cough, sneeze, drool, can't sleep due to being miserable. Mom says it's bc his teeth came in the last 24 hours.

4 month dcg just diagnosed tonight with HFMD. Wondering if HE has it, too.
Her mom thinks she got it from her previous daycare (started with me last week)

I would think so because my dcg also had it in her private areas. It looked like a really bad diaper rash, but it was hfm.

my 13 mo has the PLAGUE!

His started on his lower legs, them moved up. By pick up yesterday, the presumed bug bites were clearly something else.

Doc said HFM (urgent care last night), and he was good to come back today...no fever. Everyone else has been with him all week anyway, and he's never had a fever but they've all had runny noses.

He wasn't the happiest camper today, but we made it through. By day's end, his arms were covered, too, and he was hoarse.
