I just need a short blurb to put in my policies for an overage fee....that is, when they go over 48 hours per week they will be charged an overage fee.

Also...to those who have an overage fee.....how much do you charge?

If parents regularly go over 50 hours, I charge $25 more per week. And it's in a list of fees, like this:
Full time care (up to 50 hours).... $130
Full time care (over 50 hours)..... $155

Yep just like that ^

Cap your FT and PT rates and then just say
"additional hours needed are charged additionally at the hourly drop in rate" or
"Additional hours needed will be charged at the hourly rate of $X.xx"
