    Help With Term Letter Please

So I have decided that for my sanity and my other dck's sanity I need to term the baby. He has cried constantly from drop off to pick up since my last post. Originally I was going to place the baby on probation but I don't think its going to change. He seriously cries from the moment I put him down until he leaves to go home. He refuses to eat by spoon or bottle as well. He is truly unhappy here and I am all out of ideas to try an make it work. Someone please help me compose an appropriate termination later. Thanks in advance

    DCF,
I am writing this letter to inform you that June X, 2014 is the last day that I can provide care for DCB. The remaining balance on your account is ____/Your account is paid in full up until this date.

    Sincerely,
    Stressed Daycare Provider

I would verbally mention something about him benefiting more from one-on-one care as he can't seem to settle down at daycare with so many children around. Vague but still something mentioned.

Except I wouldn't say anything about the one-on-one care because it could be twisted around to "You admitted you didn't give him enough attention" by the parents. Instead I'd use the "Not a good fit for my program" line.

        Thank you ladies..

I gave her the term letter at pickup and she seemed really sad, as if she was going to cry. I felt really bad. She stated she hoped I wouldn't term but completely understands how its not a good fit. She was very apologetic of him constantly crying and said she will definitely work on it with him and hopes to return when he's a bit older and better adjusted to things.
