Credit cards?

I am now accepting credit cards. In my state, I can't pass on the cost to my clients. I plan on raising rates by $1/day. It's just over what the card processing fee is for FT. Is THAT legal? As long as I don't outright say it's for the card fee?

I also want to set up automatic payments that I can key in weekly. I know that most of my clients will go for this, and it will eliminate the check/cash/making sure payments are received. Anyone have a form for that?
